After some authentic Russian & American hors d'ouevres, a sit-down dinner will be served with the following dish choices

• Grilled Filet Mignon, stuffed with mixed mushrooms and pancetta and served with a burgundy demi-glace

• Poached Salmon Filet with a Lemon and Dill Cream Sauce

• Chicken Piccata, pan-seared with capers, garlic and parsley and served with a Lemon White Wine sauce

• Vegetarian Pasta with sundried tomatoes, baby spinach and kalamata olives
